This privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’) governs the manner in which the Learn From A Legend Ltd (trading as SquashSkills) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users, players, coaches, and other participants (each, a “User”) of the www.squashskills.com website (“Website”), SquashSkills Coaching App and SquashSkills Training App (the “Apps’). This Privacy Policy applies to the Website, Apps and all other products and services offered by SquashSkills (together the “Services’).
When we say ‘We/we’, ‘Us/us’ or ‘SquashSkills’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and operate the Website, Apps and provide our other Services.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website or Apps, register on the Website or Apps, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, websites, features or resources we make available on our Website, Apps or other Services.
Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, DOB, address, gender, playing standard and telephone number and email address on our Website. When you use the Training App, you may also choose to submit certain health or fitness-related data (special category data). We will collect personal identification information from Users only if you voluntarily submit such information to Us. Users can always choose not to supply certain personally identification information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain parts of our Website, Apps or other Services.
Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Website or Apps. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Website or Apps, such as the operating system and internet service providers utilised and other similar information. When you are logged into your Website or App account, this type of data will be treated as personal identification information.

How We Use Collected Information
SquashSkills may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
To provide you with access to the Website, Apps or other Services you have subscribed to receive, including any Content or other materials.
To improve the customer experience. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalise user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the Website and Apps and resources provided on our Website and Apps.
To improve our Website and Apps we may use feedback you provide to improve our Services.
To process payments and sign Users up to our Services.
To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Website or Apps feature.
To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
To send periodic emails. Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to one of our email lists or have created a SquashSkills account), we send you marketing communications by email about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you.

You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future by using the “unsubscribe” facility provided in the communication itself.

While we may use your email address to help target future SquashSkills digital advertising, we will never sell your information to any third parties.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We may use third party Website providers to help us operate our business and the Website and Apps or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Stripe, Facebook, Twitter, Google ads, Google Drive, Google Tag manager, Adroll, Uscreen, Everfit & Zendesk.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Website that link to the websites and applications of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Website. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Website, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
Analytics Information
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and websites, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the SquashSkills platform. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Website or Apps. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
Log File Information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Website or Apps. When you use our Website or Apps, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Website and Apps, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
Device Identifiers
When you access the Website or Apps by or through a mobile device (including but not limited to smart-phones or tablets), we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers,” such as a universally unique identifier (“UUID”). A device identifier may remain persistently on your device, to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Website and Apps. Some features of the Website and Apps may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Location Data
When you access the Website and Apps by or through a mobile or other device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile or other device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Website or Apps. Some features of the Websites and Apps, particularly any location-based aspects, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.
Commercial And Marketing Communications
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions, and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Account-related emails (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Website and Apps, technical and security notices). You may not opt out of Account-related emails.
Use Of Certain Site Type Information We Collect About You
We use or may use cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the sites; (b) provide custom, personalised content and information; (c) to provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Websites; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; (g) to provide advertising to your browser or device.

Who we may share your information with:
We may share your information with third-party business partners and Trusted Users for the purpose of providing the Website or Apps to you. Third party business partners may be given limited access to your information as is reasonably necessary to deliver the Website and Apps. We will take reasonable steps to make you aware of the privacy policies of such third party business partners wherever necessary. If you do not accept the privacy practices as set out then you should not continue to use the relevant parts of the Services.
Who can see your Contributions:
Any Contributions that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Website or Apps becomes available to the public and cannot be removed, except by SquashSkills in its sole discretion. Once posted on SquashSkills, Contributions may not be removable from public view, as copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Website or Apps, on other websites that have re-published some of our Services, or if other Users have copied or saved some of that information. If you do not wish your Contributions to be available to the public, please don’t post it on SquashSkills.
Your username and if you choose to disclose it, your real name, will be published publicly. Once published your username and / or real name may not be able to be removed.
Who can see your IP address:
If you post Contributions on the Website or Apps while not logged in, your IP address will be published with your Contribution in order to attribute your contribution to the Website or App. A selection of Trusted Users with administrative powers on SquashSkills have the ability to review IP addresses of Users to reduce abusive behaviour. Any third party website embedded on SquashSkills such as an advertiser, video provider, social network or other third parties will also have access to your IP address.
Who can see your email address:
If you enter an email address, you will enable communication from SquashSkills and other Users. If you reply to Users or participate in group activities such as camps, your email address will be shared with these Users.
Instances Where We Are Required To Share Your Information
SquashSkills will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security, quality or integrity of our Website and Apps; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SquashSkills, our Users, or others.
Sharing Certain Site Type Information We Collect About You
We may share certain website type information, including information obtained through tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.): (i) with our third-party business partners for the purposes described in the section above on “How We Collect and Use Information.” We may also aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymised data with third parties.
Ads On SquashSkills
We may also share certain information such as your location, browser, and cookie data and other data relating to your use of our Website and Apps with our business partners to deliver advertisements (“ads”) that may be of interest to you. SquashSkills may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Website or Apps. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser or mobile device, the ads and ad links that appear on the Websites, and will automatically receive your IP address when they do so. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, device identifiers, location data, and clear gifs, see above) to compile information about your browser’s or device’s visits and usage patterns on the Websites and on other websites, and to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise the advertising content delivered to you.
Please note that an advertiser may ask SquashSkills to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, SquashSkills or our Partners determines the target audience and SquashSkills serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.
To enhance your user experience or help us improve and measure our effectiveness, SquashSkills may embed code from third parties on the Website or Apps. Examples of such parties may include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and others. These third parties may collect information about you including IP address, cookies in ways SquashSkills does not control.
The SquashSkills Privacy Policy does not apply to the activities of third parties, but we will notify you where specified business partners are acting as data processors on our behalf. How We Store And Protect Your Information
Storage and Processing:
Your information collected through the Website or Apps may be stored and processed in the UK or any other country in which SquashSkills or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or website providers maintain facilities. SquashSkills may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which SquashSkills or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or website providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
Keeping your information safe:
SquashSkills cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Website and Apps. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from SquashSkills, at all times. However, SquashSkills cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SquashSkills or guarantee that information on the Website or Apps may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to the functionality of third party websites that you add to the SquashSkills Website or Apps, such as social networks. SquashSkills is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
Compromise of information:
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, SquashSkills will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Opting Out Of Collection Of Your Information For Tracking / Advertising
Please refer to your mobile device or browser’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on your type of device, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms on your mobile device.
Note that disabling cookies and/or other tracking tools prevents SquashSkills or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Website and Apps, and for use in targeted advertising activities by third parties. However, doing so may disable many of the features available through the Website and Apps. Children's Privacy
SquashSkills does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. The Websites and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Website or Apps, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Website or Apps to another website or application, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website, including those that have a link or advertisement on our websites, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and we do not control over any third-parties that you authorise to access your Contributions. To do this, please email customersupport@squashskills.com making it clear you are requesting a copy of your personal information and including the full details of what you require. You may be required to submit proof of your identity. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month, but, if your request is complex it could take us longer, we will keep you updated throughout the process. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. We may also refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
- The right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing. We will obtain your consent before undertaking marketing and you always have the ability to opt-out.
- The right to object to your personal information being processed where the legal basis for the processing is our own legitimate interests as a business. We will comply with this request unless there’s a lawful reason not to.
- The right to correct any details about yourself that are incorrect, ensuring our data records are accurate.
- The right to withdraw consent when we are processing your personal information on the basis that you have given us your consent to do so. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You may request this if for example, our use of the personal information is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it, or if you have objected to our use of your personal information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
