About this Training Block

This 6-week Block is Co-designed by Camille Serme and Gary Nisbet around developing powerful movement on court.


Camille was a mainstay in the top 5 of the PSA rankings throughout her career, reaching a peak of World Number 2 in 2017. She has 15 PSA titles to her name, including a British Open, a US Open, and 2 ToC's.


Her athletic style and powerful movement marked her out as one of the sport's true elites during her career, and we're delighted to be able to share with you her unique knowledge and insights into optimal physical performance.


What You'll Get

The Block consists of 2 main and 1 bonus fitness sessions per week, designed and built by Camille and Gary Nisbet.


In this 6-week in-depth fitness programme, you will receive a combination of weekly on and off-court sessions with some of Camille's favourite drills and exercises, formulated to boost your power, and help drive your game to the next level.


You will also receive Coaching Playlist recommendations throughout the course to support your practical sessions with theory.

Step-By-Step Overview


If you are a SquashSkills Subscriber:

Once you've enrolled, Sandra will get in touch with you to confirm when you’d like to start your 6-week Training Block.


On the start date, she will set up your Training Block on the SquashSkills Training app. You'll receive new sessions in weeks 1, 3, and 5, followed by repeat sessions in weeks 2, 4, and 6. This method provides ample time to master your technique and improve your fitness.


Upon completion, your Training Block will be added to your Training app account as a Studio Program. Feel free to revisit and re-do the 6-week course whenever you desire. Additionally, you'll receive the Training Block in PDF format.

You will also get full access to SquashSkills for 6 weeks to support your development. 


After the 6 weeks, you'll receive the Training Block materials as PDFs, including links to all the videos.
