About this Training Block
This exciting 6-week course focuses on developing your foundations and being able to choose the best time to attack from the positions you gain. It has been co-created by Mostafa Asal and highly regarded coach Lee Drew.
World #4, US Open Champion, and World Tour Finals winner, Asal, is known for his ability to attack and hit outright winners. He can mix his attacking style with patient build-up play where he varies his pace and height until the perfect opportunity presents itself.
In this Block, Asal will be sharing some of his key practices around mastering the important skill of building strong foundations, identifying the best time to attack, and attacking effectively from those positions.
What You'll Get
The Block consists of 2 solo, 1 pairs and 1 fitness session per week, designed and built by Asal and Lee.
The challenges and sessions will vary in intensity and variability to keep a high level of stimulation and to get you to maximise your play and court time.
You will also receive Coaching Playlist recommendations throughout the course to support your practical sessions with theory.
The Block will be very practical and will provide a large and robust toolkit for you to begin to use technically, tactically and mentally to really understand your game to a deeper level.

Step-By-Step Overview
If you are a SquashSkills Subscriber:
Once you've enrolled, Sandra will get in touch with you to confirm when you’d like to start your 6-week Training Block.
On the start date, she will set up your Training Block on the SquashSkills Training app. You'll receive new sessions in weeks 1, 3, and 5, followed by repeat sessions in weeks 2, 4, and 6. This method provides ample time to master your technique and improve your fitness.
Upon completion, your Training Block will be added to your Training app account as a Studio Program. Feel free to revisit and re-do the 6-week course whenever you desire. Additionally, you'll receive the Training Block in PDF format.
