The Training Blocks idea is inspired by the programs used in the SquashSkills Training Club courses.
Following a lot of feedback and requests, we’re trialling to make 6-week programs available to squash players who want more flexibility to do the sessions without the additional WhatsApp community, coach support and Zoom calls with the pro players.
Dedicate just 2 hours a week to take the assigned sessions and witness significant improvements in your game!

Controlling The Game - Featuring Marwan ElShorbagy
Co-designed by Marwan ElShorbagy and Jesse Engelbrecht around mastering the art of controlling the game.
The course will be very practical and will provide a large and robust toolkit for you to begin to use technically, tactically and mentally to really understand your game to a deeper level.
Maximise Your Fitness Training - Featuring Nick Matthew
Built around a series of condensed conditioning sessions designed to be able to be slotted in around even the most hectic of lives.
Finding space in your week to train your endurance, speed, strength, and mobility can be a real challenge for the amateur player, but with this program, you can train effectively even when time is scarce.
Building Your Game To Win - Featuring Saurav Ghosal
Co-designed by Saurav Ghosal and Jesse Engelbrecht. Learn how to really build your game to make you unstoppable on the court!
You will learn how to generate feel to the back and the front of the court, how to volley more and stay ahead of the opponent and how to create patterns of play to create open spaces and convert your points.
Step-By-Step Overview
If you are a SquashSkills Subscriber:
Once you've enrolled, Sandra will get in touch with you to confirm when you’d like to start your 6-week Training Block.
On the start date, she will set up your Training Block on the SquashSkills Training app. You'll receive new sessions in weeks 1, 3, and 5, followed by repeat sessions in weeks 2, 4, and 6. This method provides ample time to master your technique and improve your fitness.
Upon completion, your Training Block will be added to your Training app account as a Studio Program. Feel free to revisit and re-do the 6-week course whenever you desire. Additionally, you'll receive the Training Block in PDF format.
If you don’t have a SquashSkills Subscription:

You will also get full access to SquashSkills for 6 weeks to support your development.
After the 6 weeks, you'll receive the Training Block materials as PDFs, including links to all the videos.
What’s the difference between the Training Club and Training Blocks?
SquashSkills Training Club:
The courses start at a fixed date and you will receive:
→ 6-week program
→ Access to the WhatsApp chat with the Coach
→ 3 exclusive Zoom calls with the Pro player.
The WhatsApp chat gives you the opportunity to receive feedback directly from the Coach and help stay motivated as you work and share your progress with the rest of the group.
The 3 Zoom calls with the Pro player cover different topics and this allows you to get real insight into the way they train, their mentality and their everyday life as a professional squash player.

SquashSkills Training Blocks:
The SquashSkills Training Blocks is a more flexible and simplified version - You can pick your own start date and you will receive a 6-week program (3 sessions a week) that you can fit around your own schedule.
There are no extra commitments to the WhatsApp chat and Zoom calls.
If you are looking for maximum flexibility and just want to do sessions to improve a specific aspect of your game then the SquashSkills Training Blocks is for you!
