Hi Joseph, it's 6 sets of court sprints with 6 reps in each set. Recovery of around 60-90 seconds in between sets.

Thanks for letting us know James. We've just gone through each of the videos and couldn't find an issue with the sound our side. Was it on all the videos that you had a problem or a specific point? Thanks once again
